Collect Later

We offer a convenient ‘Collect Later’ service for our registered website customers.

Please select your *preferred collection date from the available dates at checkout.

*Preferred collection date subject to stock availability.

Once we have received and checked your order you will then be able to collect from store during the collection times stated below, quoting your Name, Email Address and Order Number which can be found on your order confirmation email.

Please allow 2 hours for your order to be processed before travelling to store, especially if your order date and collection date are the same day. This may take a little longer to process during busy periods.

Collection Times:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 4.00pm

Saturday Morning: 8.30am – 11.00am

Please be aware we may ask for proof of age / identification for AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS such as blades, chemicals and adhesives etc....

Unless we hear from you otherwise, we will attempt to contact you if your order has not been collected within a reasonable period of your chosen collection date.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order thereby releasing the reserved goods back for general sale.
