Macpherson Trade Primer Undercoat White 1L

A primer and undercoat in one product for use on wood and suitably primed metal. It is easy to apply with great coverage and opacity, creating an ideal foundation for overcoating with a gloss, satin or eggshell finish.

Whilst this product has been formulated for interior use it can also be used on exterior surfaces. We would however recommend using products from our exterior brands for external projects as their formulations are specifically designed for this purpose.

Preparation and Application

• Ensure all surfaces are sound, dry, clean and free from dirt, oil, grease and other contamination.
• Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
• Previously glosssed surfaces must be thoroughly abraded.
• Stir thoroughly before use.
• Supplied for use by brush or roller.
• Do not use if temperatures are likely to fall below 8°C or in very damp or humid conditions.
• Covers up to 15m2 per litre depending on surface texture and porosity.
• Touch dry 4-6 hours.  Recoatable after 16 hours.
• Clean equipment with a proprietary cleaner immediately after use.
